01 / How long does it take to receive our wedding gallery?

 

I know you'll be excited to relive your wedding day, so I always aim to deliver your sneak peek gallery within 48–72 hours. Your full wedding gallery is typically delivered within 8–12 weeks, depending on the season and editing schedule. Every image is carefully edited to ensure your final gallery reflects the quality and experience you deserve.

 

 

02 / How do we reserve our wedding date?

 

Once you've decided you'd like to move forward, I'll send over a wedding agreement and invoice. Your wedding date is officially reserved once the agreement is signed and a 50% non-refundable retainer has been received. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your wedding day.

 

 

03 / Do you offer payment plans?

 

Absolutely. I understand weddings are a significant investment, so I'm happy to create a flexible payment schedule that works for you. My goal is to make the process as stress-free as possible.

 

 

04 / Why do you only offer up to 10 hours of coverage?

 

Most couples want their entire wedding story documented—from the excitement of getting ready to the final moments on the dance floor. Offering full-day coverage means you never have to worry about fitting your timeline into a specific number of hours or deciding which moments to leave out. If you're planning an intimate wedding, weekday celebration, or elopement, I'm happy to create a custom collection tailored to your day.

 

 

05 / Can we customize our wedding collection?

 

Absolutely. Every wedding is unique, and while my collections are designed to keep the booking process simple, I'm always happy to customize coverage, add additional services, or create a collection that best fits your celebration.

 

 

06 / Can we see full wedding galleries?

 

Of course. I'm happy to share complete wedding galleries so you can see exactly how I document an entire wedding day—not just the highlight photos you see on Instagram or my portfolio. This gives you a better understanding of my storytelling style, consistency, and attention to detail throughout an entire wedding.

 

 

07 / What happens if you can't make it to our wedding?

 

While this is extremely unlikely, I always have a backup plan. In the event of an emergency or illness, I have a trusted network of experienced professional photographers and videographers who share a similar style and standard of quality. Your wedding day will always remain my top priority.

 

 

08 / Do you travel?

 

Absolutely. I'm based in Windsor, Ontario, and proudly photograph and film weddings throughout Ontario and beyond. Travel fees may apply for weddings outside Windsor-Essex County, depending on the location.

 

 

09 / Do you help with our wedding timeline?

 

Yes! Creating a thoughtful timeline is one of the best ways to ensure a relaxed wedding day. I'm happy to help plan your photography timeline, offer recommendations based on experience, and make sure we have enough time to capture everything without feeling rushed.

 

 

10 / Do you edit every photo?

 

Yes! Every image delivered in your gallery is individually hand-edited for color, exposure, contrast, and consistency with my signature style. I don't deliver unedited or RAW images, ensuring your final gallery is polished and ready to enjoy for years to come.

 

 

11 / How many photos will we receive?

 

Every wedding is different, so there's no fixed number. On average, couples receive approximately 60–100 fully edited images per hour of coverage, ensuring every meaningful moment from your day is beautifully documented.

 

 

12 / Are you insured?

 

Yes. I carry professional liability and equipment insurance, giving both you and your venue peace of mind on your wedding day.
